Hotel Amazonas, El Arenal (Mallorca)

The hotel rooms were basic but perfectly adequate, functional with comfortable beds and a well-working shower. Although our room had no view and overlooked another building, it didn't bother us. The service, especially from Maria, was exceptional. The location is ideal for young adults but not suitable for families due to the noisy, rowdy environment. The dining options were somewhat limited, especially for individuals with allergies.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was quiet and clean, with a modern bathroom and a lovely sea view from the 5th floor. The service was a mix of friendly and not so cheerful staff, but they quickly made things right. The location, just set back from the harbor at the end of the beach, was excellent, though loungers were limited. The dining options were varied but not exceptional, and the hotel facilities were good overall.

The dining experience was enjoyable but could have offered more options. The facilities needed more sunbeds around the pool and evening bar music. Overall, a good stay with minor areas for improvement.
